One night, Peter was arrested while walking home because he resembled a criminal.

"What's your name, and where do you live?"

"Peter. Apartment 321, Building O, Baker Street."

Later, the police said, "We've checked thoroughly. No one named Peter lives there."

Peter insisted it was his home. Annoyed, the police beat him and locked him up for a week. When he was released, his face was still swollen.

His roommate immediately pulled him inside and slammed the door. "Some cops came asking for you a few days ago. Must be some profitable deal, eh? You've been away all week. Were you fighting someone? You look awful."

"No, I got beaten up, but..."

"Never mind that. What business opportunity did you find?"

"None!"

"No need to hide it from me. Relax, nobody knows. When the cops asked, I told them no Peter lived here. They gave up and left. Ha! What idiots!"
