A couple went on vacation at a fishing resort. The husband liked fishing at daybreak, while the wife preferred reading.

One day, he returned from fishing and wanted a nap. Though she was unfamiliar with the lake, his wife rowed out to enjoy the sunshine. After going a short distance, she stopped and resumed her book.

A guard suddenly approached and stopped beside her boat. "Good morning, ma'am. What are you doing?"

"Reading."

"You're in a no-fishing area."

"I'm sorry, sir, but I'm not fishing. I'm just reading."

"But you've got all the necessary equipment. You could start at any moment. I'll have to detain you and write up a report."

"If you do, I'll file a complaint against you for sexual harassment," she snapped.

"But I haven't even touched you!"

"True. But you've got all the necessary equipment, and you could start at any moment."
