Bộ trưởng Giáo dục về thăm trường cũ, ông muốn thăm căn phòng trong KTX mà ông đã ở cách đây 20 năm. Trong căn phòng này hiện có một sinh viên đang ở.
Ông vào phòng và thốt lên:
- ồ vẫn cái bàn ta từng ngồi học 20 năm trước. Vẫn cái giường ta từng ngủ 20 năm trước. Ôi, vẫn cái tủ ta treo quần áo 20 năm trước.
Và ông mở tủ ra, trong tủ có một cô đang ngồi mà không có mảnh vải che thân. Chú sinh viên vội nói:
- Ðây là bà chị họ em mới ở quê ra.
- Chà, chú em giải thích giống hệt ta 20 năm trước!

Twenty Years Ago
The minister of education visited his old university and wanted to see the dormitory room where he had lived twenty years earlier. A student was living there now.
As he entered, the minister exclaimed, "Oh, the same desk I studied at twenty years ago! The same bed I slept in twenty years ago! And the same wardrobe I kept my clothes in twenty years ago!"
He opened the wardrobe. Inside sat a woman without a stitch of clothing.
The student hastily explained, "She's my cousin. She's just arrived from the countryside."
"Well, well! That's exactly the explanation I gave twenty years ago!"
